We are looking for a results-driven Consultant II, Sales Operations to join our team in Mexico City. The idóneo candidate will have experience in B2B sales prospecting, lead generation, and business development, preferably within the BPO or Contact Center industry. This role will focus on identifying new business opportunities, managing sales pipelines, coordinating client meetings, and supporting commercial strategies to drive business growth and strengthen client relationships.

? Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and prospect potential B2B clients to generate new business opportunities.
• Manage, qualify, and follow up on sales leads.
• Coordinate meetings with prospective clients and commercial teams.
• Support sales reporting, commercial proposals, and RFP processes.
• Assist in organizing B2B events and demand generation initiatives.
• Strengthen the sales pipeline and contribute to business growth.

? What We're Looking For:
• Experience in lead management and B2B sales prospecting.
• Knowledge of BPO, Contact Center services,



and technology solutions.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and basic Salesforce knowledge.
• Intermediate English proficiency (preferred).
• Experience coordinating B2B commercial events (a plus).
• Strong communication, organizational, and results-oriented skills.
