We are seeking an experienced Lead Planner to support a portfolio of large-scale hospitality and resort development projects across the Caribbean. This position will work directly with the client, providing strategic leadership for all planning, scheduling,



and project controls activities throughout the full project lifecycle.
The idóneo candidate will be a seasoned planning professional with extensive experience in large-scale hotel, resort, mixed-use, or hospitality developments. The successful individual will play a critical role in ensuring project schedules are robust, realistic, and aligned with business objectives, while supporting executive decision-making through accurate reporting, risk analysis, and schedule optimization.
This is a highly visible client-facing role requiring strong technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and the ability to engage effectively with executive stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and project teams across multiple countries.
