What You Get to Do:
The Integral Associate will support our clients in managing their benefit programs across numerous countries worldwide. This role is responsible for global and local plan implementation and servicing, project management, strategy development and implementation, and delivering an overall positive client experience.
• Manage all aspects of global client relationships, including implementation, day‑to‑day service, relationship building, and renewal management.





• Support project management efforts, including managing project trackers and drafting reports, analytics, and presentations for global benefits clients.

• Support the Global Director, Advisor, and Regional Country Consultants in delivering guidance to the headquarters of multinational clients on global employee benefit matters.

• Work with local brokers to coordinate and manage benefits programs.

• Support the management of global traveler, medical, and expatriate programs.

• Manage and update client benefits data in the Sequoia People Platform.

• Coordinate and manage multi‑country projects, such as global benefits benchmarking exercises, cost‑savings initiatives, and governance processes.

• Help clients stay ahead of compliance requirements and local country legislative changes.
