Key Responsibilities:
Gestión de grupos de interés: Realizar el análisis y mapeo de actores en la zona de
influencia, definiendo estrategias de relacionamiento comunitario que fortalezcan la
Licencia Social para Operar.
2. Identificación y mitigación de riesgos: Detectar y evaluar riesgos sociales y operativos,
proponiendo medidas preventivas y correctivas alineadas con los estándares corporativos.
Comunicación y diálogo comunitario: Establecer canales de comunicación eficaces y transparentes con comunidades y otros actores clave (autoridades, líderes sociales, OSCs, etc.), atendiendo expectativas, quejas y reclamos.

Acompañamiento técnico en conflictos: Brindar soporte en procesos
