Role Purpose
The Food & Beverage Manager will lead the strategic, financial, and operational performance of the resort's Food & Beverage division, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while delivering sustainable profitability, strong cost discipline, and continued market positioning.
This role requires a leader who combines luxury hospitality expertise,



strong financial acumen, operational excellence, and commercial vision .
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of F&B; financial performance, including revenue management, menu engineering, food and beverage cost, payroll productivity, forecasting, budgeting, inventory control, and profitability by outlet.
Equally important, this individual will contribute to positioning our restaurants as culinary destinations in their own right , with particular attention to Amapola and its continued development within the gastronomic landscape of Valle de Guadalupe.
