This position reports to: Project Operations ManagerYour role and responsibilities (Mandatory)In this role, you will have the opportunity to adapt and implement sales support strategy for a designated area in accordance with the integral support strategy. Each day, you will ensure technical and commercial support for internal and external customers. You will also showcase your expertise by overseeing estimations, bids, and proposals ensuring alignment with ABB standards and targets and leading, developing, and coaching the Sales Support team.

Main stakeholders are Sales Managers, Project Managers & ABB customers.
In this role you will utilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others,



and have the ability to effect short-term and some long-term business goals.
Translate customer needs / requirements into detailed project plans while driving internal execution to meet project targets and on time delivery.
Plans and implements multiple simultaneous electrical projects at various customer work sites in the US. Identifies and manages opportunities to expand projects in ways that bring value to our customer and satisfy profitability requirements, including change orders. Electrical projects will be focused in the commercial construction markets and may include, but are not limited to, retail, airports, entertainment, hospitals, education (schools, colleges, universities), multi-story residential and water/waste-water treatment plants.
Serves as the primary customer contact for the duration of each project. Assemble and customize contractually required documentation at the onset and end of a project.
