5+ years of experience in HR Operations, Shared Services, or People Operations, with 2+ years leading and developing teams.
~ Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) are required,



with the ability to collaborate effectively with integral stakeholders.
~ Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and coaching skills, with a strong focus on employee and customer experience.
~ Analytical, results-oriented, and adaptable professional with expertise in continuous improvement, change management, planning, and problem solving.
