Manage low- or medium-complexity projects, ensuring the objectives agreed with the client and the follow-up of the plan and schedule.
Follow up on the project's KPIs and commitments within their scope, escalating significant deviations.
Apply and adapt the methodological approach defined for the project, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Identify and manage operational risks within their scope,



proposing corrective actions and escalating higher-impact situations.
Lead the operational relationship with the client within their scope, managing expectations and providing structured periodic reporting.
Coordinate the team assigned to the project, planning tasks and assignments according to priorities, capabilities and workload.
Estimate efforts and prepare the project plan within their scope, ensuring coherence between scope, timeline and resources.
Carry out basic financial follow-up of the project (hours, progress and deviations from budget).
Collaborate in the definition of the solution (requirements, deliverables, acceptance criteria) together with the technical references.
Participate in pre-sales, proposal and opportunity-generation activities, contributing inputs within their scope.
