- Manufacturing environment experience.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and HR processes while mitigating organizational risks.
- Lead employee relations initiatives, coaching managers and resolving workplace issues to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
- Partner with plant leadership to implement HR programs, talent management initiatives, and workforce strategies that support business objectives.
- Maintain a strong presence across operations to understand workforce needs, improve engagement, and reduce turnover.
- HR Generalist experience (Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Employee Relations, Performance Management).





Perfil buscado
- 2-4 years of HR experience (generalist/specialist) or equivalent
- Bachelors degree completed (must)
- Experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Electronics. Medical Devices, Industrial Manufacturing.
- Labor Relations, Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, Stakeholder Management, Problem Solving , Employee Engagement
- Microsoft Office, HR Information Systems (HRIS)

Qué Ofrecemos
- Reynosa Tamaulipas
- On site Monday-Friday 7:00 am-5:00 pm
- Offer: $45,000-$55,000 gross monthly + Superior Benefits
- Temporary project: 9 months
