The HR Coordinator will support the administrative and operational execution of HR processes in Mexico. As part of the Mexico HR team, this role will ensure accurate employee data, timely reporting, effective use of HR systems, payroll input coordination, and consistent execution of HR processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain employee information across HR systems, including myHR, eDays, and other HR platforms.
- Prepare, consolidate, and validate recurring and ad-hoc HR reports, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Coordinate HR administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle, including hires, employee changes, leaves, transfers, and terminations.
- Prepare and validate payroll input reports and standardized payroll formats, ensuring information is complete and submitted on time.
- Maintain HR trackers, employee records, documentation, templates, and operational files.
- Perform regular data quality checks and coordinate the correction of discrepancies across HR systems and records.
- Support HR Coordinator processes,



ensuring compliance with established procedures, timelines, and internal controls.
- Document and maintain HR processes, procedures, and SOPs for Mexico.
- Identify opportunities to standardize, simplify, and improve HR operational processes.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and regional/global teams on operational requirements, reporting, systems, and HR initiatives.
- Support regional and general initiatives, contributing to consistent HR practices across markets.

Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, HR Administration, Shared Services, HRIS, or Payroll coordination.
- Experience managing HR systems and employee data.
- Strong Excel and reporting skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and data accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple processes and deadlines simultaneously.
