Descripción
- Partner with plant leadership to drive HR strategy, talent management, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness.
- Lead end-to-end HR processes including onboarding, performance management, coaching, workforce planning, and talent development.
- Analyze workforce metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and demographics to support business decisions and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure labor compliance, employee engagement, change management, and deployment of integral HR programs and policies.

Perfil buscado
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience
- Bachelors degree completed (must)
- Advanced English (must)




- Experience in high-growth manufacturing operations is highly preferred.
- Strong Labor Relations experience
- Experience partnering directly with Production, Operations and Plant Leadership teams
- Experience in succession planning, talent assessment and organizational development
- Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced). HRIS Systems. Workforce Management Systems Manufacturing ERP Systems (preferred)

Qué Ofrecemos
- Reynosa Tamaulipas
- On site Monday-Friday 7:00 am-5:00 pm
- Offer: $65,000-$75,000 gross monthly + Superior Benefits
- Temporary project: 9 months
