About the Role

The Manufacturing Supervisor is responsible for leading manufacturing engineering activities that drive operational excellence, productivity, quality, and safety. This role oversees process development, continuous improvement initiatives, engineering changes,



and manufacturing optimization while providing technical leadership to support production and business objectives. The position plays a key role in improving manufacturing capabilities, reducing costs, and ensuring efficient utilization of equipment and resources.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading the development and optimization of manufacturing processes, including machinery, equipment, tooling, automation systems, and production methods.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing principles, TPM, Kaizen, VSM, setup reduction (SMED), process balancing, and other operational excellence methodologies.
- Performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions using PFMEA, Control Plans, RRCA, SPC, Cpk/Ppk, and other quality tools.
- Managing engineering change projects and process improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity metrics.
