Role Overview
Seeking a capable, adaptable professional to support daily transportation operations. We value strong judgment, learning ability, and commitment.
Prior transportation or equipment management experience is helpful, but we are willing to trainsomeone who demonstrates the ability to understand our processes, follow through, and takeownership of their responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- - Maintain accurate operational records, including container check-ins, check-outs,assignments, and equipment status.
- - Coordinate with office staff,



customers, and other operational contacts to obtain informationand resolve discrepancies.
- - Organize supporting documentation and help ensure records are complete for billing andreconciliation.
- - Track outstanding items, follow up promptly, and elevate issues requiring managementattention.
- - Learn Bayview workflows and provide additional operational support as needed.
