Responsibilities:

- 2.8 Control of nonconforming product (coordination and re works inspection, segregation and disposition of non-conforming product).
- 2.9 Assurance of Poka Yokes by negative runs. (Red rabbits).
- Manage documents and records of the integrated management system (formats and reports).




- 3.1 Document and control the results of the inspections of raw materials.
- 3.2 Document and control the results of inspection of finished products.
- 3.3 Document the results of the audits according to procedures and instructions.
- Tracking finished product.
- Release of finished product.
- 4.1 Release of finished product.
- 4.2 Inspect attributes and dimensions of the finished product before shipping to the customer.
- 4.3 Ensure the box or pallet contains the quantity and the required documentation.
- 4.4 Fulfill the annual Lay Out plan versus the drawing.
- 4.5 Shipment audits.
- 4.6 Decline and report product which does not fulfill the client specifications.
- Fulfill the program and goals of the department.
- Process program audit.
- 5.1 Process program audit.
