Blacksmith Agency LLC in the US market seeks a senior Design Systems Designer who will own how client design systems get built. You translate brands and reference sites into a working system: tokens, variables, modes, and core components for a pipeline to execute with precision.
You will ship robust component libraries that hold up across entire sites, not just homepages, and document the system so developers or automation can run it without questions.
