The role also offers exposure beyond day-to-day production, including collaboration across functions and opportunities to contribute to topics such as brand protection and novelty confidentiality. Core ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will:* Lead and develop a team of operators, creating a safe, collaborative and high-performing working environment.* Drive production plan fulfillment by effectively managing resources,
