About the Position:
We are looking for a MPF Engineer to join the Manufacturing / Automotive Lighting team, reporting directly to the Plant Manager.
This position is based at our office in Juarez, MX. Plant 1.
As the MPF Engineer at Marelli,
you will be responsibleyou will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing production processes to ensure timely delivery, efficient resource utilization, and alignment with business objectives.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Planning and Scheduling:
- Develop detailed production schedules to meet customer demands and inventory targets.
- Coordinate with departments to align production capacity with demand forecasts.
- Resource Management:
- Optimize the use of materials, labor, and equipment to maximize efficiency.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement activities to ensure material availability.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline production processes and improve workflows.
