The Area Director is responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets, building, and managing strong relationships with distributors, and providing outstanding customer service to our retail partners. The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of the spirits industry, a proven track record in sales and marketing as well as a deep understanding of supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Applies and implements the agreed Strategic Commercial plans for assigned markets.




- Applies the pricing strategy with the distributors and partners in the assigned markets.

Commercial Performance (Core Focus: Licor 43)
- Partners with the Cluster Director to set Annual Depletions and Financial Goals and define the strategies to attain them. Evaluates and implements appropriate sales techniques to drive profitable growth.
- Collaborates with Cluster Director on Annual Budget, Resource Allocation and Strategic 3-year Plan.
- Engages with and regularly visits assigned importers’ General Managers, Marketing Directors, and Brand Managers to achieve annual business objectives across markets. Identifies opportunities to strengthen advocacy for the portfolio and develops tactical programs aligned with strategic priorities for core brands.
- Provides feedback to Integral Marketing teams to optimize the brand and commercial concept needed in the markets.
- Co-develops with the distributor local teams and approves concepts aligned with the Brand P
