Mechatronics or equivalent* ASPICE expert (applying ASPICE to real production projects, not just performing assessments, including process framework, mapping requirements and expectations to development processes)* Process management expert, including creating and updating development processes, standards, operating procedures (OPs), process flows, and requirements* Previous experience as an Embedded Software Developer, with advanced understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)* Process Definition& Authoring Experience* Ability to write clear, structured process requirements, including “Shall / should” statements, Role responsibilities, Required templates* Ensuring processes are clear and unambiguous, Compliant with standards, practical and deployable for engineering teams* Hands‐on experience creating or updating Development processes, standards, SOPS, Lifecycle definitions* Ability to translate standards and models (ASPICE, ISO 26262, Cybersecur
