Honeywell Aerospace is seeking a Customer Service Representative for the BGA Americas Aftermarket team. You will enter MSP Avionics & Mechanical Components contracts, support enrollments, transfers and renewals, and provide top-level assistance to Sales, Contracts, Disputes, and Customer Accounts teams.
You will work with SAP, SFDC, and the MyAerospace portal while assisting general customers and Honeywell dealers, prioritizing urgent issues and maintaining metrics on workload and revenue
