Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing & Process Development Engineer focus in moldingto lead the development, validation, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing and plastic injection molding processes. This role serves as the technical expert for molding and manufacturing operations, driving process excellence, new product introductions, manufacturing transfers, advanced problem-solving, and technology implementation.

The successful candidate will ensure robust, capable, safe, and efficient manufacturing processes that meet quality, productivity, delivery, and cost objectives while supporting business growth and operational competitiveness

What your background should look like

Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial, Electromechanical, Plastics Engineering,



or a related engineering discipline.
- Advanced training or certifications in Injection Molding, Scientific Molding, Advanced Manufacturing, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Project Management are highly preferred.
- Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.

Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering and/or Plastic Injection Molding processes.
- Strong background in manufacturing process development, optimization, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with plastic injection molding operations.
- Experience supporting New Product Introduction (NPI), manufacturing transfers, and process validations.
- Experience in high-volume manufacturing environments.
- Experience working with multi-cavity molds.
- Experience with automation, capital equipment implementation, and new mold launches is preferred.
