About the Position:
We are looking for a Customer Services & Production Planning Manager to join the Supply Chain and Logistic AL&S; team, reporting directly to the Supply Chain and Logistic Manager.
This position is based at our office in Cd. Juarez, Mex Plant 1.

The Customer Service and Production Planning Manager is responsible for leading customer service, demand management, production planning, and inventory strategies to ensure on-time delivery, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction within a dynamic automotive manufacturing environment.
Your Responsibilities will be:
- Lead Customer Service and Production Planning operations to ensure customer delivery requirements are met.
- Develop and implement demand management strategies to improve forecast accuracy and production alignment.
- Manage customer escalations and coordinate recovery plans for supply risks.
- Ensure compliance with CSR requirements.
- Lead the SIOP/S&OP; process.
- Monitor inventory levels and prevent obsolescence.
- Reduce premium freight and logistics costs.
- Lead and develop the team.
