Responsibilities
- Workday Benefits Configuration. Configure and maintain benefits plans, business processes, eligibility rules, rates, dependent eligibility, benefit events, and related configuration.
- Workday HCM Support . Provide cross-functional Workday HCM configuration, testing, and support as business needs require. Analyze business requirements and implement approved configuration changes while assessing impacts to payroll, integrations, security, reporting, and downstream processes.
- Develop and execute testing for releases, enhancements,
and configuration changes; support issue resolution and continuous process improvement.
- Maintain configuration documentation, test evidence, and audit-ready records while adhering to HRIS governance, security, privacy, and internal control requirements.
- Partner with Benefits, Payroll, HR Operations, IT, and other stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, communicate impacts, support solution delivery, and contribute to ongoing product enhancements.
- Analyze data, identify discrepancies, and coordinate resolution of system, process, and data issues.
- Support Workday releases, regulatory updates, system enhancements, and cross-functional HRIS initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned consistent with the responsibilities and level of the role.

- 3-5+ years of HRIS experience, including hands-on Workday Benefits configuration and support.
