Flex seeks a Manager Finance in Guadalajara North to coordinate month-end, forecasts and budgeting for the organization, ensuring accurate financial statements and compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley. You will develop and maintain systems, procedures and policies aligned with corporate and regulatory requirements.
Reporting to the Sr Director Finance, you will lead budget preparation, rolling forecasts, and financial analyses, supporting business decisions and ensuring data integrity across sites.
