Newell Brands is seeking an Automation Manager LATAM to lead regional automation initiatives across LATAM manufacturing sites. The role will drive robotics, machine vision, and smart manufacturing projects while partnering with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, and integral teams.
The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Automation/Mechatronics/Engineering, 7+ years in automation, and advanced English. Travel up to 70% across LATAM and the U.S. is expected; a U.S. visa is required.
