We are looking for an experienced General Accountant to join our Finance team in Mexico.
The adecuado candidate will have strong knowledge of Mexican accounting and tax regulations , excellent attention to detail, and the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and vendor relationships.
- Review and reconcile corporate credit cards, expense reports, and employee reimbursements.




- Maintain electronic accounting records in compliance with SAT requirements .
- Prepare and submit DIOT (Declaración Informativa de Operaciones con Terceros) .
- Support the preparation and filing of monthly and annual tax returns .
- Manage and monitor VAT, income tax, and withholding tax obligations.
- Review the proper classification and reclassification of general ledger accounts.
- Perform account reconciliations and support accurate monthly and year-end closings.
- Ensure compliance with applicable Mexican accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and other business partners as needed.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Solid experience in general accounting and taxation in Mexico.
- Strong knowledge of SAT regulations, DIOT, VAT, income tax, and withholding taxes .
