What You Will Do:
- Substantial understanding of the job and applies knowledge and skills to complete assigned tasks. Works on assignments that are moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues or in making recommendations. Normally receives little instruction on daily work, general instructions on newly introduced assignments. Maintains customer contact including correspondence concerning sales order status, order changes and billing/receivables questions.
- Create/edit sales orders accurately and efficiently in SAP; create and send order acknowledgements to customers when required. Generates and distributes contract summaries when required.
- Ensure export policies and procedures compliance including license applications, proper export classification on the sales order and customer denied parties screening.
- Work with Finance to process customer invoices, return orders and credit & debit memo requests.
- Create basic quotes in SAP (Catalog net / list / pre-approved Sales Bulletins; standard T&Cs;).




- Work with Inventory Planning and Shipping to create and facilitate deliveries ensuring customer requirements are met.
- Create and maintain special tracking and customer reports.
- Communicate fluently in English, both verbally (calls and meetings) and in writing (email follow-ups and responses), to ensure professional and effective interaction with international clients and stakeholders. Proficiency at a bilingual or advanced level in English is required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve challenges, ensuring successful outcomes
- Effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment
