You will collaborate with Production, Quality, Test, and Engineering teams to drive process improvements, troubleshoot manufacturing challenges,



and support new product introductions in a high-volume electronics manufacturing environment.What a typical day looks like: * Supervise technical activities in SMT processes and coordinate the team.* Develop, optimize, and sustain SMT manufacturing processes.* Create and maintain equipment programs for DEK, SPI, AOI, Pick & Place, and related SMT equipment.* Develop and validate reflow profiles and solder paste processes.* Analyze process capability (CPK) and implement corrective actions to improve process stability.* Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting of PCB assembly issues.* Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on yield improvement, cycle time reduction, and scrap reduction.* Coordinate process validations, tooling development, and fixture implementation.* Support engineering changes, process transfers, and new product introductions (NPI).* Conduct capacity analysis, line balancing, a
