Job Summary:

The Payroll Representative is responsible for supporting payroll operations by accurately entering and processing employee timesheets, assisting with payroll-related inquiries, and providing excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and review employee timesheets in Timekeeping System




- Verify timesheet data for completeness and resolve discrepancies as needed
- Assist in basic payroll processing tasks to ensure timely and accurate payroll cycles
- Respond to employee and client inquiries regarding timesheets, pay, and payroll issues
- Provide high-quality customer service via email
- Maintain payroll records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payroll-related issues
- Generate and update reports using Excel as needed
- Support audits and compliance efforts related to payroll processes

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in payroll, data entry, or administrative support is a plus
- Familiarity with Bullhorn Timekeeping System or similar platforms preferred
- Basic knowledge of payroll processes and regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data entry, basic formulas, spreadsheets)
