About the Role
We are seeking a Procurement Operations Analyst to drive end-to-end procurement processes for global software and engineering initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate with global cross-functional stakeholders, streamline procurement workflows, maintain audit compliance, and ensure operational excellence in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Procurement & Operational Execution
- Facilitate the end-to-end procurement lifecycle for software development and engineering teams, ensuring full compliance with internal workflows and delivery timelines.
- Support the creation, submission, approval, and tracking of requisitions, Purchase Orders (POs), and invoices within the ERP system (preferably SAP).
- Partner with global Purchasing teams to manage contract creation, approval workflows, and vendor onboarding.

2. Cross-Functional Stakeholder Collaboration
- Act as the main Procurement point of contact for SWE teams, ICT, Global Purchasing, and Finance.




- Translate software development project requirements into actionable procurement plans.
- Collaborate with Regional Operational Leads and technical teams to align procurement activities with business goals, deliverables, and milestones.
- Maintain transparent, regular communication on PO progress, procurement status, and invoice updates with regional and integral stakeholders.

3. Governance, Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions, contract statuses, spend tracking, and audit trails.
- Support the execution and tracking of key procurement performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, aligning deliverables with departmental OKRs.
- Gather, analyze, and interpret procurement data to identify cost-efficiency opportunities and process improvements.
- Generate and distribute regular and ad-hoc procurement reports for leadership.
