About the role

The role will support Carrier manufacturing operations while leading new technology development and implementation programs. The engineer will serve as a key technical liaison between the Heat Transfer Manufacturing team in Syracuse and Carrier’s manufacturing facilities in Mexico,



ensuring effective communication, knowledge transfer, design alignment, manufacturing readiness, and successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for the design, fabrication, industrialization, and manufacturing of heat exchangers for HVAC applications, including RTPF and MXHX technologies.
- Support manufacturing operations by leading technical investigations related to production, quality, reliability, cost, manufacturability, and supplier performance.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison between the Heat Transfer Manufacturing team in Syracuse and Carrier manufacturing facilities in Mexico.
- Coordinate the transfer of heat exchanger manufacturing knowledge, technical standards, design practices, lessons learned, and process requirements across global teams.
