Bluelight is seeking a Business Analyst to translate business problems into clear, buildable requirements. You’ll sit between clients, product teams, and engineers, running discovery, mapping processes, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and making sure what we ship actually solves the problem it was meant to solve.
You’ll work across a mix of client builds, client maintenance engagements, and Bluelight's internal products, and you’ll play a key role when new projects are being scoped
