Job Description:
Accountable for the Channel end-to-end Lead-to-Cash (L2C) process and policy architecture across HPE Networking (HPE + Juniper). Shapes and governs the integrated Channel L2C operating model,
ensuring alignment across pillars and consistency from front office through back office. Partners closely with L2C Design Leads and pillar teams to maintain experience coherence, decision traceability, and alignment to the intended customer, partner, and seller experience. Reports into the L2C Management Office (LMO).
Responsibilities
- E2E L2C Business Architecture Ownership : Define and govern the end-to-end L2C process and policy architecture; ensure pillar-level designs align to an integrated model; define digital strategy. Architecture covers full transactional flow across direct and channel motions. Also covers rationalizing and dispositioning product offering introductions and changes.
- E2E L2C Digital Architecture Management : Mentor, manage and guide team of functional and process architects across discovery, design, build and test. Partner with IT leads in defining E2E scope by release and deployment phase.
