Our client is seeking a Bilingual Property Management & Accounts Payable Specialist fluent in Spanish and English to serve as the financial backbone of a growing property portfolio, owning the end-to-end accounts payable process with precision and care. In this role, you will reconcile invoices, support month-end close, and keep financial documentation spotless across multiple properties, all while partnering with the property management team to keep billing issues resolved and operations running smoothly. This role starts part-time with a clear path to full-time as the portfolio continues to expand, giving you a stable platform to grow your career in property management accounting.

Client Overview

Our client is a growing property management company expanding its remote finance team to support an increasing portfolio of residential properties. The business specializes in full-cycle property operations and places a high priority on financial accuracy, compliance, and seamless vendor relationships. With a clear growth trajectory, this is an organization actively investing in the talent and systems needed to scale.

Schedule

Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities

Process and manage accounts payable transactions with accuracy and timeliness.Reconcile vendor invoices, statements,



and payment records within the property management system.Support the accounting manager with financial reporting and month-end close activities.Maintain organized and up-to-date financial documentation across multiple properties.Collaborate cross-functionally with the property management team to resolve billing discrepancies.
Requirements

Strong understanding of accounts payable processes within a property management context.Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken).Experience managing AP across multiple properties or entities simultaneously is a must.High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.Prior experience with property management accounting software.
Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with internal financial controls and compliance standards in a property management environment.Prior experience supporting a full month-end close cycle remotely.
