· Required Experience
Bachelors degree in Transportation Engineering, International Business, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or related field.
Excel - advanced.
English - advanced.
At least, 10 years of experience in related areas, working in the automotive industry, rail, OEM, auto parts, ports, etc., including experience leading operational teams.
· Main Responsibilities
Lead and oversee national finished vehicle distribution operations, ensuring efficient and timely delivery across all sites and compounds.
Define and execute operational plans and priorities for national road and rail transportation, aligned with business objectives.
Lead and develop the operations team, including Assistant Managers, Sr. Specialists and Specialists, promoting accountability and continuous improvement.
Develop and manage carrier and logistics provider strategies, including capacity planning, route allocation, negotiations and service agreements.




Monitor supplier performance and compliance, conducting regular reviews and implementing corrective actions when required.
Manage strategic relationships with customers and key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication, customer satisfaction and timely resolution of escalations.
Monitor operational KPIs and performance, including delivery time, quality, safety and cost, identifying opportunities for process improvement and standardization.
Manage the annual operating budget and cost optimization initiatives, analyzing cost per unit and making strategic decisions with operational and financial impact.
