We are seeking a dynamic Application Engineer to support our client. This role involves providing engineering, commercial, and technical support to sales teams, distributors, channel partners, and end-users, including equipment sizing, selection, quoting, troubleshooting, and technical demonstrations.

The idóneo candidate will combine strong engineering expertise with commercial acumen and customer-facing skills to support business growth and deliver effective technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Review customer specifications and prepare accurate sales proposals, pricing, and delivery estimates using sizing software and technical catalogs.
- Size and select equipment, recommend modifications, identify cost reductions, and drive growth through cross-selling.
- Conduct technical presentations and hands-on training for customers, representatives, and distributors.
- Participate in customer meetings and occasional sales calls alongside Sales Managers and distributors.
- Provide end-to-end technical support for equipment installation, operation,



and maintenance.
- Resolve field complaints, warranty issues, and quality claims professionally and effectively.
- Support custom product design, redesigns, and system modifications according to customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather competitive insights and support new product development.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or related Engineering field.
- 2+ years of relevant engineering experience.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, with knowledge of fluid dynamics and equipment sizing.
- Ability to read engineering drawings, 3D models, process flow diagrams, and P&IDs.;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sizing/pricing software.
- Excellent technical, communication, and customer service skills.
- Willingness to travel periodically to customer sites across Latin America.
