Role Description The Program Development Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Puebla, PUE. This position is responsible for designing, planning, and refining disaster recovery and resilience programs in collaboration with local communities, partners, and internal teams. Day-to-day tasks include conducting needs assessments,



developing project proposals, defining program objectives and indicators, and coordinating implementation timelines and resources. The specialist will prepare reports and presentations for donors and stakeholders, support monitoring and evaluation activities, and ensure that programs align with organizational standards and best practices in humanitarian and development work. This role also involves close coordination with volunteer teams, local authorities, and cross-functional staff to maintain effective communication, risk awareness, and continuous improvement of program quality.
