We are seeking a Production Material Buyer responsible for managing purchasing processes, supplier negotiations, and the sourcing of materials and services while ensuring the best cost, quality, and delivery conditions for the organization.

The selected candidate will play a key role in supplier development, spend optimization, and the implementation of cost-saving initiatives, working collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment focused on continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage quotation, negotiation, and purchasing processes for materials, services, and supplies.
- Develop and maintain business relationships with domestic and international suppliers.
- Identify and evaluate new suppliers to strengthen the supply chain and create cost-saving opportunities.
- Analyze commercial proposals and negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts.
- Oversee the complete procurement cycle, from requisition to payment.
- Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans when necessary.
- Identify and implement cost reduction and spend optimization initiatives.




- Prepare procurement reports and analyses to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with Finance, Engineering, Production, Quality, Logistics, and Human Resources to ensure internal requirements are met.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects related to procurement, sourcing, and supplier management.
- Ensure compliance with corporate purchasing policies and procedures.

Requirements

Education bachelor’s degree in:

- International Business
- International Trade
- Business Administration
- Industrial Engineering
- Logistics and Supply Chain Management
- Or a related field

Experience

- 1 to 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, supply chain, or similar functions.
- Experience in supplier negotiation and supplier management.
- Strong understanding of procurement and sourcing processes.
- Experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Experience in manufacturing, automotive, electrical, or assembly industries is considered an advantage.

- Advanced English (required).
- Ability to communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing
