Role and responsibility Make cold calls to previously profiled prospects.
Generate a database of prospects that fit the ideal customer profile.
Follow up on prospects.
Guide the prospect toward a possible sale with the staff.
Technical and professional experience Technical Experience CRM Tools Management: Knowledge of platforms such as Hub Spot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar to manage clients, log interactions, and effectively track prospects.
Messaging Platforms Familiarity with platforms like Whats App Business, Slack, or communication tools integrated into CRMs to manage communication with prospects.
Prospecting and Sales Tools Experience with tools such as Linked In Sales Navigator, , Zoom Info, among others, for searching and segmenting prospects.
Basic Digital Marketing Knowledge Familiarity with digital marketing strategies for lead generation, such as email marketing campaigns, social media, or paid advertising.
Database Management Skill in creating and maintaining databases of potential clients using Excel, Google Sheets, or specialized software.
Professional Experience Customer Service or Sales:



At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, especially in a digital or remote context.
Prospecting and Sales Closing Experience in contacting and qualifying prospects, either through cold calling or marketing strategies, and guiding them towards a potential close with the sales team.
Adaptation to Goals and KPIs Ability to work with business objectives, track metrics, and meet established key performance indicators (KPIs).
Effective Communication Experience in writing professional emails and written communication, as well as in verbal interaction with potential clients.
Objection Handling and Resilience Experience in managing frustrations, customer objections, and adverse situations, always maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Complementary (Desirable) Basic Knowledge of Affiliate Marketing or Social Media Experience in creating or managing campaigns on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Linked In, etc., to effectively generate leads.
Remote Work Experience Adaptability to remote work, managing tasks autonomously, and using online communication platforms.
Requirements Minimum experience: At least 1 year in similar roles (digital setter, customer service, sales, or digital prospecting).
Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written skills to interact assertively and professionally with business clients.
Frustration management: Proven ability to handle objections, pressure, and adverse situations, always acting with resilience and a positive attitude.
Remote work: Have adequate space and equipment (computer, stable internet, headphones with microphone) to work from home.
Occasional on-site availability: Ability to travel to offices or meeting points on specific occasions, as required by the company.
