Apply GD Lead root-cause and debug activities (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone).
Manage the technical interface with suppliers: tooling feasibility, engineering issues and PPAP approval.
Train people in the team with less experience, coordinating and reviewing the work done by them.
Communicate clearly with the client, presenting problems,



proposals and possible solutions with associatedadvantages and risks.
REQUIREMENTS Bachelor ́s degree in Automotive engineering, Mechatronic engineering, Mechanical engineering or related.
5+ year of experience inside the automotive industry in development area.
Knowledge in interior injection molding, SMC and thermoforming process.
Experience with soft trim technologies (sewing, wrap/foil lamination) (desirable.) International Experience (desirable) Experience in developing phase from: Concept until tooling kick off.
