Blacksmith Agency is seeking a senior Product Design Systems Designer to own client design systems—from tokens to components. You will extract patterns across brands and build scalable pipelines that can run with minimal guidance, ensuring consistency and quality across projects.
Lead token architectures in Figma, ship robust component libraries, and document systems for engineers and automation. This is a senior, systems-first role with multi-brand responsibility and US business-hour overlap.
