- Maintain and update the Inventory Control System (Annex 24), ensuring the integrity, traceability, and reliability of foreign trade information.
- Perform periodic reconciliations between Annex 24, ERP records, customs entries (pedimentos), and physical inventories, identifying discrepancies and coordinating the necessary corrective actions.
- Analyze inventory balances, goods pending return, and temporary importation holding periods to ensure compliance with IMMEX Program obligations.
- Manage customs entry (pedimento) amendments resulting from inconsistencies identified during reconciliations, internal validations, or audit requirements.
- Maintain BOM accuracy and reconciliation ERP/Annex 24 system
- Maintain and update fix asset inventory control and perform periodic reconciliations between documents and physical inventories
- Validates and authorizes procedures and standard operating procedures (SOP's)
- Maintains CTPAT and supply chain security program
- Bachelor's degree Foreign Trade or related.
- 3 years of experience in compliance department
- Understanding of VAT Certification requirements
- Familiarity with tariff classification (HTS), country of origin requirements, and customs valuation principles
- Experience with the Mexican customs law, IMMEX, CIVA, AND FTA, US CUSTOMS
- Experience working with ERP systems and inventory control platforms
- Experience in internal audits
- Participated in C-T pat audit
