## Salesforce Developer, SrApply: Hybrid: Mexico, Monterrey: Full time: Posted Today: JR105682## **What You Will Be Doing** * Develop, enhance, test, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative tools.* Configure and support Salesforce CPQ, including product bundles, pricing rules, discount schedules, approvals, and quote templates.* Design and implement Salesforce customizations, integrations, and automations supporting quote-to-cash processes.* Troubleshoot and resolve CPQ-related issues, including pricing, configuration, and approval workflow challenges.* Support production environments, manage tickets, and provide timely end-user assistance.* Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable Salesforce solutions.* Mentor junior developers and contribute to development best practices.* Maintain technical documentation and identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement. ## **What You Will Need to Succeed** * Strong experience with Salesforce development, including Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC).* Deep knowledge of Salesforce CPQ, including product configuration, pricing, discounting,



and approval processes.* Understanding of quote-to-cash and order management workflows.* Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.* Ability to quickly learn new technologies and business processes.* Excellent communication and collaboration skills.* Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. ## **Qualifications** ### **Required** * 3+ years of Salesforce development experience.* 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce CPQ implementation, customization, or support experience.* Experience with Apex, LWC, and Salesforce platform development.* Experience supporting quoting, pricing, and order management processes.* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience. ### **Preferred** * Experience with Salesforce Billing Cloud, Revenue Cloud, or revenue recognition processes.* Experience with Conga Contract Management.* Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer and/or CPQ Specialist).* Experience with integrations, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.* Experience working in Agile development environments.
