ARQ in Mexico is seeking a licensed investment advisor and regulatory officer to lead ARQ's investment advisory entity. You will own the advisory function end to end and act as the accountable person before the CNBV, driving a scalable wealth product in collaboration with general teams.
You will ensure investor profiling, suitability, and disclosures are robust, translate regulatory requirements into product specs, and supervise regulatory reporting.
