Job Description:

Education: Bachelor's of Electromechanical, Mechantronics, Mechanical Engineering.

General Objective: Ensure conformance results of product validation of Milwaukee Tools through reliability engineering skills.

Knowledge, experience, skills:

- One to three years of experience in new product development processes, emphasizing design.

- Advanced knowledge of RCA methods as 8D. Previous relevant experience with Design of Experiments, life data analysis, and other statistical tools and software (i.e. Minitab, ReliaSoft, MonteCarlo)

- Experience with test plan development. Advanced experience on mechanical and electronis.

- Collaborate with teams in the U.S. and Asia for technical benchmarking and resolving questions.

- Perform statistical analysis (Weibull, reliability distributions, matrices) to interpret test results and generate reports with clear conclusion.

- Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring compliance with established timelines and processes.

- Advanced English
