About the role

The Procurement Manager leads day-to-day procurement activities supporting our projects and business requirements. This role is responsible for purchasing, supplier coordination, expediting, and delivery while leading the procurement team and ensuring cost, quality, and schedule expectations are met.

About the department

The Procurement team plays a critical role in supporting project execution by ensuring materials, equipment, and services are sourced and delivered effectively. The team partners closely with Sales, Project Execution, Logistics, Quality, Engineering, and suppliers to support business and customer needs.

Your Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day purchasing activities for assigned projects and business requirements, ensuring orders are placed accurately and on time.
- Supervise, support, and develop procurement employees while coordinating team workload and priorities.
- Review purchasing requirements, obtain supplier quotations, and support supplier selection and purchasing decisions.




- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and delivery requirements with suppliers.
- Manage supplier relationships and resolve issues related to quality, delivery, pricing, and performance.
- Monitor purchase orders, supplier acknowledgements, order status, expediting, and deliveries to support project schedules.
- Provide oversight of import/export logistics and trade compliance activities, ensuring procurement decisions align with applicable requirements and minimize business risk.
- Partner with Sales, Project Execution, Logistics, Quality, Engineering, and other functions to resolve procurement issues.
- Support proposal and project execution activities by obtaining supplier pricing and lead times.
- Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve supplier performance, and streamline procurement processes.
- Monitor procurement activities and KPIs while supporting regional and global procurement initiatives.

You bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience may be considered.
- 3+ years of experience in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain.
- Experience with purchasing, supplier coordination, and commercial negotiations.
- Experience working with suppliers and cross-functional teams.
- Working knowledge of import/export logistics and trade compliance requirements, with the ability to provide team guidance, ask the right questions, and support compliant business decisions.
- Strong communication, organization,



negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a project-driven environment.
- Experience using ERP systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is preferred.
- Manufacturing or engineered equipment experience is preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings or blueprints is a plus.
