About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Engineer to support engineering activities related to process improvement, planning, analysis, design, and manufacturing operations. This role is adecuado for early-career professionals looking to develop their technical expertise while contributing to engineering projects, process optimization initiatives, and operational excellence efforts within a manufacturing environment. The position works under direct supervision and follows established procedures, standards, and engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute engineering activities following established procedures, standards, and work instructions.
- Support the planning and scheduling of engineering activities, resources, and projects.
- Participate in the analysis of methods, processes, machinery, materials, and maintenance systems to identify improvement opportunities.
- Assist in the design and development of products, processes, equipment, and tooling.
- Support quality control and process control activities to ensure operational performance and compliance.
- Contribute to continuous improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency initiatives.
- Assist in new product introduction (NPI), process reengineering, and manufacturing improvement projects.
- Ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), engineering policies, safety requirements, quality standards, and environmental regulations.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and performance metrics.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve departmental and organizational objectives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably in Industrial, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- 6 to 12 months of experience within an Engineering department performing entry-level engineering activities.
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems.
- Knowledge of manufacturing systems, GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices), MRP, and MTM is preferred.
- Familiarity with New Product Introduction (NPI), process reengineering, maintenance processes, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Understanding of ISO/QS quality systems, environmental standards, and workplace safety requirements.
- Experience with engineering and data analysis software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, and Power BI is a plus.
