Your responsibilities

Objetivo:

Participar al aseguramiento de la calidad en producción a través de la correcta contención del material sospechoso mediante la inspección y control del dicho material.

Actividades:

- En caso de sospecha, y siguiendo el aviso del personal de producción, revisar la conformidad del producto en el proceso productivo.
- Apoyo básico asociado al punto 1. a producción en análisis de problemas.
- Proporcionar la información básica conseguida durante el turno mediante LISP al responsable de turnos de sorteos, el técnico de calidad y el ingeniero de Calidad
- Apoyo en pruebas especiales de materiales en producción, cuando sea necesarias
- Apoyo en la manipulación y inspección de los materiales de acuerdo con las instrucciones establecidas en el plan de control o de inspección recibo o instrucción de trabajo, según lo especificado.
- Conocer y aplicar procedimiento BOP-00250 para el bloqueo en SAP y manejo de materiales NEO, así como identificar estos a través de la metodología de complaint cards.
- Conocer el BOP-00417 en área de cuarentena, y el BOP-04670 para sorteos y retrabajos y da soporte en el área cuando sea necesario.
- Resguarda y conserva la integridad de los recursos asociados al área de calidad, como computadoras, gauges, dispositivos de medición e infraestructura
- Mantiene los indicadores principal del área del área de calidad.
- Participa en procesos de inventarios de área y generales de la planta
- Promueve e identifica riesgos de seguridad durante sus actividades diarias
- Promueve la mejora continua de los procesos y procedimientos.

Escolaridad: Preparatoria, carrera técnica o TSU

Experiencia: 18 meses en posición actual

Conocimiento:

- SAP

Se realizará una evaluación SAP durante el proceso de entrevista. * Instrumentos de medición
- Montacargas (Deseable)
- Calibraciones
