Education

Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Position Summary

Responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining scalable software applications and solutions that support business operations and organizational objectives.

This role collaborates with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate functional requirements into reliable and efficient software solutions. The position is responsible for ensuring code quality, application performance, security, system integration, and maintainability, while following software development standards and best practices.

Additionally, the position contributes to the continuous improvement of existing applications, automation of business processes, and implementation of new technologies to improve operational efficiency and user experience.

Knowledge and Skills

- Strong knowledge of software development, object-oriented programming, and application design principles.
- Proficiency in programming languages and frameworks such as C#, .NET, Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar technologies.
- Experience developing and integrating REST APIs, web services, and enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, database design, and query optimization.
- Experience with Git or other version control systems.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and coding best practices.
- Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, testing, and application performance optimization.




- Understanding of cloud platforms and services, preferably Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and automated deployments is preferred.
- Knowledge of data integration and platforms such as Azure Data Factory, Databricks, Snowflake, or Apache Spark is considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain software applications and technical solutions according to business requirements.
- Translate functional and technical requirements into scalable, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Develop and maintain APIs, system integrations, databases, and application components.
- Troubleshoot application issues, identify root causes, and implement effective technical solutions.
- Perform code reviews, testing, debugging, and performance optimization to ensure software quality.
- Maintain technical documentation related to applications, integrations, and system configurations.
- Collaborate with local and integral teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of software solutions.
- Utilize planning tools, metrics, and dashboards to monitor development activities, project progress, and application performance.
- Promote continuous improvement in development processes, coding standards, architecture, and software engineering best practices.
- Support the implementation of automation and digitalization initiatives across business functions.
- Provide technical support, guidance, and knowledge sharing to team members.
