Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into SpinCo, focusing on digital infrastructure for AI data centers. The Business Systems Analyst L1 will be based in Guadalajara, North Campus, reporting to the IT Operations Manager.
You will provide Level 1 support for production systems, respond to tickets, troubleshoot issues with Flex Flow, ServiceNow, and custom apps, and collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, and IT teams to keep production running.
